Privacy Notice

The Service has no user accounts and no forms that collect your name, e-mail or phone number. We process only the limited technical data described here.

4. Recipients and transfers abroad
We use service providers that process data on our behalf: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery and security) and, for advertising, Google (Google Ad Manager). Some of these providers are located outside Türkiye (for example in the EU and the USA). Transfers abroad are carried out in line with article 9 of KVKK, relying on standard contractual clauses notified to the Personal Data Protection Authority where applicable, or on your explicit consent for advertising cookies. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data to public authorities where required by law.
5. How we collect data
Automatically, by electronic means, when you visit the Service, through server logs, cookies and similar technologies.
6. Your rights
Under article 11 of KVKK (and articles 15–22 GDPR where applicable) you may ask us whether your data is processed; request information and access; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the recipients in Türkiye or abroad; request rectification, erasure or destruction; request notification of these to recipients; object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage due to unlawful processing. You may also withdraw consent at any time (see the Cookie Policy).
Send requests to [privacy email] or in writing to the address above, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. We reply free of charge within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, in the EU, your local supervisory authority.
7. Children
The Service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted connections, access restriction and data minimisation (we store only hashed visitor identifiers).
